What is the return and exchange policy?
We're sorry that the stuff you ordered didn't work out! We can help you exchange for a better size or if you want to return the item, send us an email to email@example.com to get a prepaid return label to return your unworn and new items.
Items returned after 60 days will be charged a restocking fee of 20%, with the amount taken off the refund.
Where will my order ship from?
We're located in Massachusetts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We generally process all orders within 1-2 days from when you place it. The shipping time will depend on what you choose upon checkout. If you urgently need a product by a certain date, before a race for example, send us an email (and let us know in the NOTES section as you checkout) and we'll try our best to accommodate!
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world! The only products that we currently don't ship overseas are the WinTech boats and the RowAmerica boat racks. But send us an email if you're interested in these products!
